Before you rely on this number
- General information only. This is an estimate of the taxable gain. It is not the tax you pay, and it is not tax or financial advice. Talk to your accountant before you decide.
- It is built for an investment property owned by a person or a trust that is an Australian resident. Your own home is normally exempt. Companies and super funds follow other rules.
